Over 180 Stocks treated using the new Instantvap, fantastic kit.
Treatments covered over 4 stages with 5 days between each. This should cover a complete brood cycle and kill the majority of the varroa mites lurking in and around the hives.
Really impressed with the Instantvap. Treats around 30+ stocks using 2.5g (1.5g for the Nucs) of oxalic acid per 5ah battery. Top tip - use two dispensers set @ 2.5 and 1.5 grams for efficiency.
First time with the new mask, full respirator kit rather than separate mask/goggles just for that extra protection.
Nasty task made a little easier with the new gear, fingers are crossed this has a positive impact on the 2023 season,
